What this site keeps, and what it does not.
Written in plain words. Reading the course asks nothing of you. The Workbook account asks for a first name and an email, and this page says what happens to them.
Reading the course
The lessons, the Course page, and the Field Examples are static pages. Reading them needs no account and sets no cookies from us.
The Workbook on this device
Answers you write in a lesson are saved in your own browser first. They stay on your device unless you create an account, and clearing your browser data removes them.
The Workbook account
If you create a free account, we keep your first name, your email address, and your answers. They are stored in Cloudflare D1, a database run by Cloudflare, and they are used for one thing: showing you your own answers on any device where you sign in.
Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in for 90 days. It holds a random token and nothing about you. We do not sell, share, or analyze the answers, and we do not use your email for anything except the sign-in code.
Sign-in code emails
The six-digit code arrives from workbook@upmarketpro.com through Resend, the service that delivers our email. Resend processes your address to deliver the message and keeps a delivery log for a limited time under its own privacy policy.
The contact and Work With Me forms
What you type into either form is emailed to Brett through Resend and kept in his email for the purpose you sent it. Nothing from the forms is stored on this site.
Analytics and videos
Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. There is no other analytics, advertising, or tracking on the site. Lesson videos, where they exist, are served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no cookies until you press play.
Deleting your account
Email brett@nexusmktg.com from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. Your name, email, and answers are removed within a few days, and you will get a reply when it is done. Answers saved on your own device are yours to clear in the browser.

This page is updated when the site changes. Last updated September 11, 2026.
